This 6 Burner Oven Range made by Lincat is a fan assisted 6 plate electric oven, able to provide uniformed heat for consistent cooking results with precise thermostatic control from 130°C to 250°C. This unit features heavy duty hotplates to deliver fast responsive heat and a large capacity oven capable of holding 4 x 1/1 gastronorm containers. Other features include double insulated doors, side and back panels for safe operation and stainless steel construction.
