The Lincat BS4W is a commercial countertop wet-heat bain marie designed to hold pre-cooked foods, sauces, and gravies at serving temperature. The Lincat HC4 is a heated open-top pedestal that acts as a base and hot cupboard. Together, they form a cohesive, space-saving kitchen workstation.The bain marie comes with four 4.5 litre (8-pint) round stainless steel pots and lids and uses wet heat for even distribution. The appliance features adjustable thermostatic heat control (up to 90° C) and a front-mounted drain tap for easy cleaning.
