Has a thermostatic burner system that's controlled by heavy-duty dials, the Blue Seal griddle provides even heating for reliable cooking results.Simply turn the dial to the required temperature - between 90 and 300°C - and the 20mm top plate will start to heat.
The stand features a handy undershelf for additional storage, whilst rollers make it easy to maneuver the griddle during cleaning or repositioning.
